Twitter is extremely jealous of the baby.

Emma Stone, one of the most well-known faces in Hollywood today thanks to her work in La La Land, Birdman, and other smash hit films and shows, got married on the down-low back in September. She got engaged to her now-husband, Dave McGary, in December of 2019, but apparently wanted to keep the actual ceremony hush, so nobody knew they were officially married until they were spotted with matching bands well after. Based on some new photos that have surfaced of Stone on a walk with a friend, it looks like she’s already moving to the next step of her relationship with McGary: having a baby.

Along with the aforementioned photos, an anonymous source confirmed to Us Weekly that Stone is, in fact, expecting. “She seems very happy and very excited about becoming a mother—she’s constantly oohing and cooing. She looks great, she looks healthy, she’s glowing,” the source said. “She’s been keeping up with friends and work lately, she’s always staying active and gets her daily exercise in.”

It’s been well-known for a few years now that kids are definitely on Stone’s to-do list. In an interview with Elle Magazine back in 2018, she talked about what the experience would mean to her. “My perspective about kids has changed as I’ve gotten older. I never babysat or anything. As a teenager, I was like, I’m never getting married, I’m never having kids. And then I got older and I was like, I really want to get married, I really want to have kids.”

It’s not currently known when Stone is due, though based on the photos, she does seem to be a decent way through the pregnancy.
