Trump’s ‘I Love It’ Remark on Zelensky’s Outfit Sparks Reactions Online

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has now once again gone viral, and this time he is viral for his reaction to the outfit of the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a White House meeting on Monday, August 18.

In a short clip shared on X, President Trump is standing at the White House entrance, waiting for President Zelensky to arrive. When Zelensky walked up, Trump shook his hand, and while looking at his clothes, he smiled and said, “I don’t believe it… I love it!” This particular moment has gone viral across social media. People are reacting to this moment in both serious and funny ways.

One social media user said, “Finally, he’s in a proper suit and Trump noticed.” Another user wrote, “Better outfit, now let’s get a peace deal.” Some people kept it lighthearted and commented like, “Looks like a magician” and “Oh he wore a suit finally lol.”

Zelensky’s wardrobe isn’t in headlines for the first time. Last year in Paris, he was wearing a sweatshirt and combat boots at the reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral. While Trump and Macron wore formal dresses.

And earlier this year, he wore military-style attire at the Oval Office, which also went viral on social media. This became viral when a reporter asked Zelensky why he never wears a formal suit.

Zelensky’s answer was simple and straightforward: “I will wear a costume when this war will finish. Maybe something like yours. Maybe something better.”

Now again, Trump’s “I love it” remark on Zelensky’s attire has sparked reactions online.
