Jack Black, renowned for his comedic and musical talents, has crafted an original theme song for Kevin Hart and Kenan Thompson’s Olympic Highlights series airing during the 2024 Paris Olympics on Peacock. The unveiling of this high-energy anthem happened during an exclusive clip from the show, scheduled to broadcast today at 6 p.m. ET.
In a delightful surprise, Black introduced the song to the hosts, declaring, “In honor of you and the incredible job you guys have been doing on this season’s Olympics, I wrote a little song for you.” Hart and Thompson, thrilled by the gesture, eagerly awaited the performance. Black, with his characteristic flair, delivered a playful tune, singing, “Kenan Thompson and Kevin Hart / Talkin’ s— and talkin’ smart! / Crackin’ wise and lightin’ farts.”
While Hart was momentarily puzzled by the humorous mention of farts, Thompson couldn’t help but laugh, appreciating the light-hearted nature of Black’s lyrics. The performance ended with cheers and Thompson exclaiming, “That’s a start to a song. I love that.”
