You Want Trends? We’ve Got Trends!
How the heck did anyone pass the time before the invention of internet and television? I guess kids went outside and played… stickball or whatever, but what about adults? Newspapers, perhaps? Though there was only so much space on a newspaper, and they usually only cover either major national news or specific local news. You’re not gonna find a story about a dog wearing a funny hat in a newspaper, unless you live in a really, really boring town.
Well, thankfully we live in the information age. If you’re ever bored and have misplaced your stickball… stick, there’s an entire galaxy of information at your disposal, from the most important news from all four corners of the world, to the most delightfully inconsequential nonsense from some dude’s backyard. Of course, if the extremes don’t interest you, there’s always everything in between, from entertainment to fashion to technology to probably a bunch of other things I’m not thinking of. You’ve got a keyboard in front of you, don’t you? Well, put that thing to work!
