Taylor Swift Sends Sweet Shoutout to Travis Kelce at Miami Eras Tour Concert Despite NFL Star Skipping Show
Taylor Swift surprised fans at her latest Eras Tour stop in Miami with a heartwarming shoutout to boyfriend Travis Kelce, despite the NFL star missing the concert due to his game against the San Francisco 49ers.
During her sold-out show at Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday, the pop sensation had Swifties buzzing as she changed the lyrics to her hit song “Karma.” Originally, the lyrics go, “Karma is the guy on the screen,” but Swift switched it up, singing, “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me,” sending the crowd into a frenzy of excitement. Fans were quick to capture and share the special moment on social media, including a video shared on X (formerly Twitter).
While Travis Kelce couldn’t attend the concert due to his Chiefs victory, his family was there to represent! Travis’ mom, Donna Kelce, brother Jason, sister-in-law Kylie, and nieces Wyatt and Elliotte were all spotted cheering Taylor on. Other celebrities in the crowd included retired NFL star Tom Brady, who attended with his sons, and tennis icon Serena Williams, both showing their support for Swift’s incredible Miami performance.
Earlier in the weekend, Taylor introduced a surprise mashup of her 2008 hit “White Horse” with Loml from The Tortured Poets Department, delighting fans with the new arrangement. Videos of the magical performance quickly went viral, further fueling the excitement surrounding her Miami shows.
Despite Kelce’s absence, the couple has been spotted enjoying quality time together recently, including a double date with Swift’s close friend Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds in New York City.
After wrapping up her third and final Miami concert on Sunday, Swift and her team will continue their Eras Tour journey, heading next to New Orleans for three nights, followed by shows in Indianapolis, Toronto, and Vancouver, before concluding in December just in time for the holidays.
