Singer Matty Healy, rumored to be Taylor Swift’s new boyfriend, has been making headlines recently for his relationship with her and his controversial and racist remarks. However, his recent behavior at a concert shocked fans of both Taylor and him. On Friday, June 2, during The 1975 concert, Matty Healy surprised everyone when he approached a security guard and kissed him. The pictures of this encounter quickly went viral.

Although this act may raise questions about Matty Healy’s sexuality, especially during Pride Month, Taylor Swift’s fans believe it is a ploy to generate controversy. The Swifties, as Taylor’s fans are known, have never been happy about her alleged relationship with Matty Healy, particularly after the rumors of her breakup with Joe Alwyn. Fans and even some celebrity friends have expressed their doubts about Matty being the right person for Taylor.

The security guard seemed receptive to Matty’s advances and even returned for more. While he didn’t get the opportunity for another kiss on the lips, the guard planted a peck on the singer’s neck. It turns out that this behavior is somewhat of a trademark for Matty, as he has been known to kiss random concertgoers during live performances of the song “Robbers.”

However, Matty’s romantic gestures have recently been directed toward Taylor Swift. He has attended several of her concerts and spent time with Taylor’s father on one occasion. The two have also been spotted on multiple dates around New York City and seen together in the recording studio.

Despite the controversy surrounding Matty Healy and the skepticism of Taylor Swift’s fans, the relationship between the two musicians is progressing. Only time will tell if their connection will endure or if Matty’s behavior continues to create controversy and criticism.
