When Khloe mentioned that Scott had expressed interest in dating women in their late 20s, Penelope couldn’t resist humorously responding, “No! 20s? You’re 40. You’re not gonna date someone 19.”

On a previous episode of “The Kardashians,” Scott opened up about how a back injury in a car accident had affected his life, including his physical well-being and sex life. He humorously mentioned that while his back pain should be motivation enough to see a doctor, the prospect of getting “back on the wagon” in the dating scene was an additional incentive.
