Week 13 kept fans glued to their screens with a mix of upsets, breakout moments, and late-game shocks. Houston stole the spotlight when C.J. Stroud lit up the Jets for more than 300 yards in a confident 28-20 upset that pushed the Texans deeper into the playoff race. It felt like the kind of performance that drops a marker for December football.

San Francisco stayed in full command mode, cruising past the Rams 35-14. Christian McCaffrey carried the day with 150 all-purpose yards and the sort of steady dominance the 49ers rely on when they want to close out a game early.

The biggest jolt came from Carolina, where Bryce Young put together his most complete game since entering the league. A calm, sharp final drive lifted the Panthers to a 20-17 win over Seattle, giving Young a long-overdue signature moment.

Elsewhere, Kansas City slipped by Dallas 24-20 even without Trey Smith in the lineup, leaning on late defensive stops to survive. Pittsburgh’s night went sideways after Patrick Queen exited with a hip issue, and Buffalo took advantage in a controlled 23-16 win.
