The actor has gotten themselves into trouble for the second time in less than a month.

On Tuesday, Ezra Miller, known for their roles in Perks of a Wallflower, Trainwreck, and the Fantastic Beasts films, was arrested for second-degree assault on Hawaii’s Big Island. Miller had allegedly assault a woman by throwing a chair at her head, cutting her forehead.

“Shortly after 01:00 HST (12:00 GMT) Tuesday April 19 2022, a 29-year-old visitor from Vermont was arrested for second-degree assault after an incident at a residence in Pahoa,” reads the official police report.

“During the course of their investigation, police determined that the individual, later identified as Ezra Miller, became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an approximate half-inch cut.”

This is the second time in less than a month that Miller has been arrested for assault, and the second time in Hawaii no less. Previously, at the end of March, Miller assaulted a man and woman at a karaoke bar who were playing darts and singing, respectively. These individuals filed a petition for a temporary restraining order against Miller, though the petition has since been dropped for unspecified reasons.

After the first arrest, Warner Bros and DC executives announced that any projects involving Miller had been temporarily paused. Miller is currently slated to star in The Flash next year, though these incidents may throw that role into question.
